Orders received by 1:00PM CST will usually be shipped the day the order is received. Orders received after 1:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

All orders will be shipped Federal Express ground or occasionally through the USPS. All orders are shipped free freight within the contiguous 48 states. In the event a customer wants their order shipped expedited they will be responsible for the extra cost of air freight, etc.

If Shoeless Joes has an email address from the customer, they will receive the tracking information by email.

If an order has be to backordered, the customer will be notified by email with a potential ship date.
